Wall below window has had a quick fix in the past but unfortunately hasn't worked. The wall is wet below the window after it rains.

The sealing of the outside windows that Michael did is very tidy, as previously there were massive gaps around the outside of these window frames. This will help to prevent any moisture coming into the room and garage. Thank you Vander and Michael😃"
