Concrete Grinding & Polishing Devonport, North Shore

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced concreter / floor prep contractor to prepare an existing warehouse concrete slab for a temporary artificial turf installation. Scope of work: Light grind to remove high spots and even the surface Fill small divots, cracks, and low spots Re-grind / polish to a smooth satin (non-gloss) finish Apply 1–2 coats of polyurethane / urethane sealer Key requirements: Finish should be smooth, dust-free, and suitable for tape / light adhesive Not looking for a high-gloss polish Surface should allow clean removal of tape/adhesive in ~12 months Approximate area: 20 square metres or 49.67 M² depending on cost/other factors Indoor warehouse space, power available Timing: Flexible, but ideally a half-day to one-day job excluding cure time Please include: Brief description of your approach Similar work examples if available Rough estimate or site visit availability Thanks.
