I would like a consultation on / inspection of efflorescence build up on my concrete lounge floor e.g.: what is the cause of the problem, is it significant, how to fix it?
The efflorescence is only on the concrete floor, where it meets the wall. There is no visible water damage on the interior wall.
Photos and drawing show the details, I wonder if water is seeping down the brickwork between the polystyrene layer.
Happy to pay for a call out to inspect.
