Re-Concrete Garage Floor

I am interested to know how much it would cost to get our garage floor re-concreted please? Its dimensions are 3.4m x 5.4m. I have attached a photo for reference. Would also be interested to get your thoughts on if we need to re-concrete the whole thing or if we could just pour a layer over the existing concrete? The main thing we are wanting to achieve is a smoother/more even surface which we could cover with garage carpet or rubber matting.
