Garage floor edge repair

Hi, there is a little difference in elevation between my driveway and the floor of my garage (inside my house). With the wheels of the cars driving over the same spot the concrete has started to flake. Previous owners managed to use some type of concrete repair product (maybe sika?) and so far their repair is holding the wheel loads and no concrete has broke away. I would like someone to come and help me fix this.. you may have a better option or we can grind the edge and smooth it. Thanks in advance.
