Nelson basement floor

Currently have dirt floor in basement/garage of home in Nelson and will need a new floor installed following vapour barrier and insulation work (by others, date tbc likely in next month). Seeking a quote for a concrete slab floor and/or timber framed subfloor to be installed over the installed vapour barrier. Size is 5800mm x 3000mm. I've attached a photo of existing basement/garage floor being removed to allow install of vapour barrier. *Garage door might need some consideration too as it only opens as wide as shown in photo.
