The existing paving is worn and uneven, approximately 20 m2 . The job would include uplift of existing paving, replace with new paving. The house is a holiday rental and some photos of the paving can be viewed on the letting website. --- I shall be staying at the property from 9-13 November for a proper measure and quote.
