Concrete strip for gate, plus tidy

We require a 14m long strip of concrete to attach the track for a roller gate to run along. Half is open to the driveway and property and needs to be 50cm wide from the strip you can already see in the pics, and the other half funds along the fence and will need to be 20cm wide. There’s a slight dip from the end of the fence line to the rest or where the track needs to be so will probably need a bit of a hump created, open to solutions for this!
