groundwork for 6x9 shed and driveway

Need price to do prep work and lay slab for 6x9 shed and also driveway, about 300m long by 3m wide. Price to do just the concreting but also prep work, but we may do the prepping to save time. Easy access etc. Need hourly rate and/or price per square metre of concrete laid. Thanks.
