Driveway widening 6.6m x 2.2m
Job description
Existing concrete driveway to be widened. A rectangular 6.6m x 2.2m area (currently grassed) to be concreted with reinforcing to typical driveway standards. Boxing required on one of the 6.6m sides only, as other three sides are existing concrete driveways and path in good condition. New concrete area to follow existing driveway fall (approx. 5 degree fall). Easy access site. The deck area currently encroaching on the 6.6 x 2.2 area will be removed by owner prior to concreting. The 2 x hedge trees encroaching on the 6.6 x 2.2 area will be cut down by owner prior to concreting. Only the 2 x stumps will need to be removed by contractor during excavation. All excavated soil and job waste to be removed from site by contractor. Job to be done in first week April between 04th and 09th April. Exact day and timeframe needs to be confirmed by contractor 2 weeks prior as house owner taking time off work during the time of the work.

Excellent....can't say more than that really. Millis was a great communicator from the beginning when he came around to view the job. The pad was laid on schedule with no drama and looks great. He even transported the removed soil to the neighbors who wanted it for leveling their yard with no drama. Would recommend Millis to others.
