Remove and dispose of existing concrete drive, lay new driveway in concrete, need to discuss the specification for this regarding reinforcing, existing does not have any. Potentially parking area to be done also - cost dependant. I also want to raise the level in the dip to lessen the incline into the garage, there is a storm water drain here that will need to be brought up to that level. Drive - 54m2 and parking area 62m2
