Driveway Widening + new Fencing with Gate

As per title we have a single car driveway entrance leading to a double garage. We require the driveway to be widened to double car entry. Contractor will also need to obtain necessary Council approvals. Along with driveway widening, we would like to add new front fencing with a pedestrian gate and automatic sliding driveway gate - spec and design TBC, if contractor can provide examples other similar jobs. Fence needs to incorporate a letter box and a home business signage board ( client supplied TBC). First Photo supplied shows existing drive way and hedge fence. Second photo is a sketch only of widened driveway with fence (NOT the proposed design, indicative only. We would like to discuss all possible options with the right contractor. Any input on design, materials to achieve cost saving will be appreciated.
