A DIY job that's just got to big. 4-step concrete porch makeover required. Over years layers of paint applied on top of each other. Looking for fix options? Can it be stripped back to original? Can it be plastered over? Cheapest and most cost effective solutions required. Paint has peeled and flaked in past due to area being in direct sunlight. Some stripping/water blasting has been undertaken as indicated.
