Swim spa concrete pad

We need a 150mm reinforced concrete pad 770x290cm for a swim spa installation which is happening on Friday 6th December. As a deck is going to be built around most of the pool we will not need quite the layout as seen in the photo and no need for pool step or heat pump area. I think the digging (we want the concrete pad to be either flush with ground level or slightly above), framing could be done the week of 18th November for a pour date of around 21st November.
