New Paving approx 8sq meters

We need to extend a paved area outside our back door. It is approx 8 square meters following an established pattern using 45cm x 45cm concrete pavers and 20cm x 10cm concrete pavers. The turfed ground is flat, but will need to be dug down on the one side by approx 10 cm to make it level. (some sort of retaining element?maybe?). There is good vehicle access to the area if necessary. We are wanting to get the job done before winter as this area can become quite boggy and we want to avoid dogs trekking mud into the house. I have roughly outlined the area with a hosepipe in the attached photos. There is also a photo of the current paving to show the basic design.
