Facilities Manager #2

The gaps under two roller doors need repairing. We have steel under both the rollers doors. We have steel in the gaps of both doors. One door the steel has detached. The other door we have gaps around the steel which need to be filled in. This has previously been done and the filler/sealant only lasts up to a year. We would like a more permanent solution as we have fork hoists carrying heavy loads rolling over them. We would like the gaps filled in and the steel under one of the doors repaired. However, if you have an alternative option, please let me know when you come in for the assessment. We have already been quoted for the repair; however, we would like a second opinion.
