Driveway and services

I need a driveway built to access my back section. Electrics and water are at the roadside - I need them taken onto property. Driveway is 45m long, 2.4m wide. It has an old concrete garage floor part way up it that will need to be dealt with. I'd like a parking pad about 5m long at section end of it so I can drive a vehicle fully onto the property in the wet. Advice on materials for drive please. I don't want it to crumble/break if a truck comes in to lift up or drop off a container. I'd love for this to be done by the end of 2022 if you can fit it in - no rush otherwise, and section is empty apart from a container, so don't need access while work is underway. Electric pole is on curb at end of driveway (goes to front property via cable in the air). I'd like electrics connected to a builders box at top left of drive. Water connection is right at front of driveway. Water tap would need a fitting so folks can't use my water while I'm not there. I'd like whoever does the work to get necessary inspections signed off as work progresses, so I know whole job is compliant with what Council/Electrics/Water people need.
