Concrete foundations/slab

Hi, needing a concrete slab boxed and poured for a porch and utility area. Approx 3.6x 3.6 in size. Mix of foundations for block wall and flat slab so some steel work required. Drive on access. Ideally before end of the year but realise I might be a bit hopeful!
