Driveway to follow a legal unformed 30-meter-long "panhandle", giving legal access to our land (708m2 ROW rear site) between Panelbeater's place at 31 Hurndall Street Maungaturoto and the stream flowing over the adjoining road reserve. Concreting at a later stage, we require simple driveable access over your metalled driveway Access will presumably be discussed with neighbour part of whose parking yard in on Council land and compromises our access, easy to resolve to mutual advantage.
