Concrete Floor Levelling

I have a concrete floor approximately single car garage size that I would like levelled. It used to be part of a butchery shop and it slopes for drainage. I've attached some photos of the worst end. I'm hoping a slab can be poured on top, levelled to the step height on the left side. It's at Wallacetown.
