Totora Park Play Centre Concrete Slab for Shed

We are sourcing a new shed for outdoor equipment at the Totara Park Playcentre. The current slab is approximately 2.4 m x 1.75 m and we need to increase the size to approximately 2 m x 5 m. We would need formwork, some minor dirt moving and the placing and finishing of the slab. The ground isn't totally flat, so the slab would range in thickness between 100 and 200 mm. We would like mesh in the slab to avoid cracking.
