Concrete fireplace hearth needs to be removed and filled/smoothed off in preparation for carpet to be laid. Must be done by Saturday 13 Feb 2021.

Job was done very well however was told it would take up to 3/4 of a day which is what i was quoted for. It only took 1/2 hour. I also asked the hourly rate when i received quote. Once job was done I questioned the quoted amount. Was given a small discount and when i questioned further was told that there was a minimum charge. At no stage was I told that there was a minimum charge only an hourly rate. I advised owner that i felt misled as other tradies showed interest in this job also.
