Concrete Car Pad

Looking to get a concrete car pad built at the front of our property. Looking at sizing 3500 x 5000 (a picture with a not to scale layout is attached). Will need to avoid the house grounding rod which is circled in one of the photos, so would look to come off the house by approx. 100mm. No concern about timeframe, not in a rush but also have the means to start immediately if that suits.
