Repair uneven concrete in patio

Hi there, I would like to get this concrete fixed, it has uneven layers and very unpleasant to walk to. I don't want it to be too smooth that it'll become slippery but to a nice finish that a patio should be so we can put some seating in here. It probably just need a little more cement to finish it, the sides and stairs are pretty ugly as well and would want to get that done too. It measures 2940mm x 2700mm. If you could give me a quote beforehand on how much this will cost to get it done? I am currently working from home, so I would like to get it done before I go back to work so as soon as possible.
