concret slab repair , for the rental unit floor ( emergency)

Hi I have a rental unit in 4 butler street , lower hutt . which was built on garage concrete floor . as per age this has cracks and recently observed that water is seeping through it with the recent rain in last few days we seen water coming now through it , so checking if u guys look into it and quote for fix it . i am not sure if this is priority service in current situation , i assume so as it is broken and water is seeping in the kitchen floor . please advise Regards Sushil ---
