Concreting base below boundary fence

I require someone to assist with concreting the base below a boundary fence to create a neat border. This would involve a few hours work in arranging the delivery of ready mix concrete and the shovelling and levelling of it. It is anticipated that .25 cubic meters of concrete would be necessary to complete the job as it’s not very deep and has been cleaned of debris. Once this is complete, I would also like assistance in backfilling the gap between the existing grass verge and the concrete base through the application of topsoil and grass seed. More generally, we are looking for a reliable general handyman to assist with various jobs that need doing at our rental property.
