Garage Concrete Floor Raised/Resurfaced

Garage floor is about 30m2 in total. The floor to the rear (8m2) is raised higher than the rest of the garage floor. It is 2-3inchs higher. Want to raise the remaining (22m2) up to the same level as the rear with layer of concrete, and slope it down by the garage door opening
