Driveway/Patio Area Paving

We would like our driveway and outside patio area paved. It is in the shape of an "L" I have added the measurements in the attached photos. We would like the concrete to match the existing driveway which is 100mm deep (plain/ordinary concrete). We would also need the driveway section to slope on a slight angle so that it can drain into a gutter alongside the house. We will remove all the bricks that are currently in place. The area behind the house won't need drainage as a roof with guttering will be covering it. Happy to provide more information if required. Could we also have a breakdown of the costs as well. Cheers
