Concrete Floor Repair & Leveling – Small Workshop (Lower Hutt)

I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson to repair and level a concrete workshop floor (approx. 3m x 4m).

Scope of work includes:
• Filling and repairing cracks and gaps (including a larger joint between old and newer slab sections)
• Surface preparation (grinding as required)
• Moisture sealing (if appropriate)
• Applying floor levelling compound to achieve a smooth, flat finish suitable for final coating

The slab is older and may have some moisture coming through, so experience with damp concrete and correct product selection is important.

"Good result, happy with the recommendations around which products to use. And good level of workmanship. Not so good on communicating how long the job would take overall and how many days of access would be required, and arrival times etc. I was often pointed towards contacting Logan's contractor directly rather than sticking with Logan as the single point of contact which felt like I was doing more of the project management than I would have preferred."
