Concrete floor repair

Hi, we are a local arts collective that needs to spruce up our gallery and studio space as part of our community facility. Our studios are based in Amberley central - NEST Arts Collective. We need surface repair for an existing concrete floor. The floor is pitted and uneven and needs a fresh layer of concrete. Images attached show what the spaces look like and the measurements of the floor plan (width of gallery room is missing - is 4m across) The space is approx 100 meters squared (across two rooms) The edges of the space will need to be boxed so concrete can be laid. We would like to get a finish so that we can lay down some sealer...but don't need to go as far as grinding/polish. We also want to know if it is possible to incorporate ramp access at the main door. Our time frame is flexible but we would like to start 'as soon as possible'
