New floor needed
Job description
We have a basement that has an unlevel concrete floor approximately 48.2 m2 that we would like to somehow level as we are putting a bedroom and rumpus area in. Any quotes and advice would be appreciated, We are looking at February next year to do the work.

There were a couple of unexpected things in the final itemised quote ($100 administration charge and also they charged 200km travel when they travelled 154km. Also the trainee was charged out for 10 hours work when he worked 8). The job itself was great.

"Those itemized things still made up the orginal quote and yet the quote was accepted and when charged the invoice was still $700 less than the orginal quote. I guess the key is not to itemize invoices but be secretive about what we invoice out."
