concrete pad for shed - not a wall as per the category above!!!!

I am building a versatile shed - owner builder - HDC permit is all go finally and hullo - my concrete man took on another job for 2 months!! Anyone out there that can do a good job. I have my builders mate qualified but not currently registered doing the build but need the boxing, levelling, shingle etc etc done to permit standard preferably in the next couple weeks. Flat section, easy access.3.5x7.1 concrete pad to the Versatile Specifications in hand.
