Driveway repair Asphalt or cut out and replace with concrete strip

we have a driveway repair on a communal driveway. The driveway has some pot holes at the entry where the repairs are required. We would like to investigate cutting out a two metre wide strip and approximate 4 metres long x 100 mm in depth . This is to replace pot holes that need repair. Exposed aggregate would be a preferred finish. We would like it done prior to winter wet weather sets in
