concrete path beside house

3 year old house in Pokeno, need concrete path made from existing pad between south side of house and retaining wall the short L-shape on west side total approximate 27m in length and 1.2 wide by 150mm deep. Path will have to be shaped so that water runs in to existing storm water drain (see pics). Access to the area is through gate with max width between gate and garden sheds 710mm
