Pool upgrade

The tiles around the pool have been removed. I need the concrete ground and sealed ready for repainting or retiling. The water will be removed from the pool but it can not be emptied for too long as there is no base vent. So timing of the job is important. I plan for the deck to go to the pool edge on three sides.
