Small house and decking

Foundations needed for 2 small cabins (7m x 3m and 5m x 3m ) which will be made off site and transported in. They will be joined by decking 3m x 3m between them. The decking in front of the build will be 15m x 2m long. The section is on a moderate slope with 1.2m fall from the back of cabins to the outer part of the deck at the front of the cabins. The foundations could be on a levelled site with a low retaining wall behind the cabins, or they could be graduated to follow the slope across the 5 metre total width. Foundations would be needed in the next 3 months or so.
