Concrete Fence/Wall

We need a fence & gate at the end of our lawn before it slopes down to the driveway. We just want a plain concrete look wall, it does not have to be 100% concrete. I have attached a picture of my preferred finish, but would even be happy for a Belaire or kit set type wall, or timber boxing that could be covered in concrete/plaster. Approx 9metres and we are aware that this will not be as cheap a job as a timber fence. The picture with the car in it shows where the fence/gate needs to go. At a later date we will need more of this fencing.
