Driveway extension

Wall removed and flatten to make more room to park cars. Will need wall removed part sealed. Unsure if need a permit to do. This current area to remove is made up of garden, concrete path and retaining wall part as you can see in photos. I live down a private driveway so would need to consider not damaging main (group shared driveway) with machinery. My timeframe will depend on overall price of job. Approx length is 5.5mtr height 1.7mtr at house end.
