Replacement of gravel drive with concrete or tar seal

E have a driveway on a slight slope to one corner that needs converting from gravel (which is non-compliant with the council) to concrete or some form of seal that would meet council regulations. Time frame is within the next month. Single drive about the size of one car (estimated 8m x 5m) bordered by grass, concrete (garage entrance) and asphalt of footpath. Site access good but is on a steep st but at lower end. Parking for trucks etc available on road close to proprty.
