Driveway and caravan pad

Driveway is currently finished in rough stone chip. We wish to remove the chip, install two power conduits and seal the driveway in either concrete or asphalt. Driveway area is approximately 170m2 The driveway is currently edged with wooden sleepers for the majority of the area. We also wish to install a concrete pad for a caravan in a current garden area. The size of the pad will be 27m2.
