Driveway concrete repair

Driveway at a rental property in Taieri Rd near the bottom needs some work - there's an uneven area (sloping driveway) that's giving the tenant some issues with his lowered car. I would probably think the best repair would be to excavate about 3m by 3m of the driveway and place concrete in.
