raw restoration of conrete tubs

We have two twin concrete laundry tubs, we are wanting the inside of each unit (one side) smoothed and sealed for use as a pedicure basin for our beauty salon in Thames. It will be use on a regular basis filled with hot soapy water. The second side and outside of each unit just needs a little tidy up and sealed. Can anyone help? would need a quote and can drop off and pick up anywhere between Auckland/Hamilton/Tauranga. Would love a quote. One has a coat of paint on exterior. Would like the best price. Not after perfection as we have a recycled/raw style business.
