Lifting and relaying a ‘settled’ paver pathway

Leading to the frond floor is a ‘pathway’ of --- pavers. The ground has settled here and there leaving broken ones and a couple of trip hazards and ugliness, mismatched grout from poor repairs etc. Path is 3 pavers wide, 21 pavers long. Two next to the front door need a corner cut, rest are whole. They need lifting, the base relevelled, and pavers relaid and pavelocked in place - different pavers (which I have from elsewhere, in a stack, cleaned) with a smooth finish, matching all others around the house. No rush timeframe.
