Level an existing concrete pad

I've got an existing concrete pad that I need to be made perfectly level so that I can put a water tank on it. The area is about 2mx0.5m. The exact height doesn't matter too much as long as its within a few cms so could be flattened either by grinding or filling (or some combination).
