options for fixing concrete steps/deck or demolition and replacing with decking

The outside front concrete steps and deck are subsiding and moving away from the house. they are also starting to damaging the corner of the block brick unit. I'm looking for quotes on either jacking up the steps / deck and reattaching the house correctly or whether if better to replace with decking. I have attached photos showing the problems. Current dimensions are top of deck 1340cm width x 1060cm length, Steps are 300cm wide x 140cm depth. The large Hebe bush will be removed /
