Newly renovated townhouse requiring exposed aggregate patio and a pathway around side of house (no driveway required). Small section with shared driveway access. Currently has a mix of garden and small pavers so will require some prep and levelling. We will be keeping some existing garden. Our preferred contractor is booked up until July.
