Pre purchase private property maintenance #2

We are in the process of purchasing a property that we already occupy, finance is contingent on us making some remedial repairs. Based on a VERY thorough building report the following has been highlighted to us which we need some assistance fixing up. We have an area adjacent to our lounge that need assessing for a solution to the following. - Ground clearances have not been maintained in areas, hard surfaces and non-hard surfaces are too high, gardens should be pulled away/removed. A 50mm clearance between the base of brick veneer and hard surfaces and 100mm to non-hard surfaces is recommended under good building practices. As we are purchasing the property we may wish to make some additional alterations to this area e.g. relocate brick fence and boxing etc. But it is dependent upon the outcome of the above.
