Replace Service Area with Concrete and add Gated Fence for Dog
Job description
Our service area at the side of the house is approximately 15sqm and currently have limestone chip and pavers in it. We’d like it replaced with concrete, ideally exposed aggregate finish to match other outdoor areas. If cost is significant we,d be happy with normal concrete smooth finish. This will become our dog’s wee area when we are at work so would like to add waist-high gated fence, a raised square digging pit (with concrete base). Have attached photo of layout with dimensions. Happy to entertain visits if need be.

Overall good workmanship and happy with the job and cost provided. The only thing i would comment on is perhaps work schedule should be better managed. While we appreciate that quality work is ensured (and we expect nothing less as clients), working until 3am is not ideal for so many reasons - it is not good for the worker, for the client and potentially neighbours who may be sensitive to noise. These things should also be communicated to clients a bit better. Cheers
