Existing driveway to be removed and reconstructed along with footpath and approns, all extents to be discussed and measured on site prior to quote. Types and finishes also to be dealt on site/proposed on quotation, Date of commencement and length of construction needed. T&C if any. Works to be confirmed prior to contract being entered into.

Generally, good communication, cooperation and relationships. Happy crews are a bonus which speaks well for the management relationship with the workforce that is ready to oblige with good housekeeping practice; orderly and site safety observed at all times; and. visits by principal a good sight to behold as it manifests professional care . Tidying up after the job and attendance to damages caused by weather not as expected. However these are minor issues that don't impact the quality o/a.
