Cutting two 100-150mm holes for range-hood and extractor fan

I want to install a vented range-hood with ideally a 150mm ducting and an in-wall extractor van in the bathroom with a 150mm ducting. Both round holes would have to into the external concrete block wall that reinforcement that might have to be negotiated/considered. Ideally, the holes are placed into the 12th brick row just under the lintel if that is possible. Smaller hole dimensions of 125mm for kitchen and 100mm for bathrooms are also possible. Hole locations are marked on the plans below. I'm happy to answer any questions, provide the full house plan upon request, and get recommendation on possible solutions. Thank you.
